The shop layout is the idea — a campaign, shown the way the brand would sell it. This is not their store, and nothing here is for sale.

REELS

4 pieces

Four vertical cuts — the hero reel plus three colourway reels, composed natively for the tall frame, not cropped from the film.

POSTS

5 pieces

Five feed stills, shot like printed photographs. Same character, wardrobe and grade as the film.

STORIES

3 pieces

Three story frames built for the 9:16 fold — the social-native layer.

ULTRA-WIDE

1 piece

The cinematic 21:9 cut — built for a brand-site hero, not stretched from the film.

[ THE PROCESS ]PRODUCTION METHOD

Built solo, end to end, in days — directed, then finished by hand.

What an agency would scope as weeks of crew, location, talent and post was directed and delivered by one person in a compressed window, at a fraction of the budget — without looking cheap. The point is not that AI made it. The point is that AI was held under tight creative control, and real finishing craft closed the gap to broadcast standard.

  1. 01

    Locked the world first

A character lock, product lock and grade bible were set before a single generation — pale bone and dusty beige, lifted blacks, 35mm grain over sharp detail — then enforced across every frame.

  2. 02

    Generated under control

Stills built in Higgsfield (GPT Image 2); base motion in Seedance 2.0. The tools handled world-building and footage; the direction kept the world consistent shot to shot.

  3. 03

    Finished by hand

A traditional post pass closed it out — After Effects compositing for product and logo precision generation can't hold, a Premiere edit beat-synced to the 808 hits, and real sound design.

  4. 04

    Solved the hard parts

Making a generated kick connect physically, holding texture through fast motion, killing unwanted time-ramps, and compositing fine product detail — solved through iteration and an understanding of both football and the tools.

The tools are the floor. The direction is the ceiling.
